Voodoo is blowing up balloons and gearing ready for the celebration by renting out a pub for his sister's surprise birthday. However, when her friend Karlie Montana drops over to see how things are going, she isn't too happy with Voodoo's choice of location or his concept of décor for an adult birthday celebration.
