Anna Office intern Claire Clouds gets a call from her supervisor informing her that she has a big presentation to do. Anna agrees but is apprehensive. To acquire assistance creating a slideshow, Anna gives their IT services a call. Penelope Kay, the IT agent, walks into the room a little while later. For a brief while, Penelope surprises Anna because she isn't accustomed to seeing young women working as IT agents. Anna looks at Penelope, a tinge of desire visible. Penelope offers to assist Anna with the slideshow when she asks for assistance. While they collaborate closely to create the slideshow, Penelope soothes Anna and supports her in gaining self-assurance. More signs of attraction emerge between them, and fireworks begin to fly. They eventually complete the presentation, but when the file becomes corrupted, Anna is shocked. She starts to get anxious. Penelope makes an effort to soothe Anna. She reassures Anna that she can present without the slideshow because, after all, she committed the information to memory when creating the slides. Anna knows Penelope is right as she settles down. Their mutual attraction intensifies. As Penelope turns to leave, Anna unexpectedly kisses her and extends an invitation to stay.
